Care Packages
Every package is built around the individual and their needs. A phone call or email to the Wivey Cares Coordinator, Tamzin, is usually all that is needed to set up a first line of support and connection to relevant services. She will visit the client, listen to what they want and need before helping them identify after an assessment the options that suit best. Whether it be someone to sit with your loved one while you go out, someone to help with personal care, dressing and food preparation, prompting the taking of medications and treatments, managing and escorting to appointments, social outings, shopping, right through to End of Life.
Each client is different, therefore each package of care is bespoke. The benefits of having the same micro-provider, or team of micro-providers, is the continuity and consistency of care. Times are agreed, schedules are created, and everyone can plan the rest of their day with ease.
